Playa Grande / Tamarindo (2)

Chris, trying to get Tate to surf. The picture I didn't get, is the one were he wiped out, and then refused to get on a surf board again.

This is Pirate Bay, or Cove, or something. Pirate Something. :) It was a nice beach.

This is at the Taco Star, a taco stand that was outside our hotel. The girl that worked there made the best PBJ. I have never seen Tate eat so many PBJ's. He loved them. (I think it was the Gauva Jelly; or maybe she made it with love.)

Playa Grande / Tamarindo

We left Ocotal and headed to Playa Grande. We stayed at the Los Tortugas Hotel. It had a great location, the pool was nice, and the room was ok. The staff (front desk) was not the greatest. I would definately go back to the area, but I would pick a different hotel.
