Once again, last week did not go as planned.

We did have the Kowboy Pasta Skillet and the 3 Packet Pot Roast. We also finally had the Yakisoba that was on the menu 2 weeks ago (you have to try this, it is one of our favorites!!)

We are camping this weekend, so we will see if we stick to the menu or not. :)

Monday: Meaty Mac & Cheese

Tuesday: Pan Glazed Chicken with basil (I cut the chicken into bite size pieces before I cook it. I serve it with white rice)

Wednesday: Sloppy Joes

Thursday: Spaghetti

Friday: Marinated Chicken

Saturday: Burgers / hot dogs

Last week did not go as planned. We did have the Perfect Potstickers, corn beef and cabbage, and the breakfast casserole.

Here is the plan for this week, but we will see how it goes.....it has been hot here (finally!) and I don't like to cook when it is hot.

Monday: Grilled Chicken Fajita Fettuccine
Tuesday: Tate and Daddy fend for themselves, I am going to a Storm Game
Wednesday: Out for my bestie Brook's Birthday
Thursday: Kowboy Pasta Skillet
Friday: 3 packet pot roast
Saturday: Hawaiian Chicken
