I made Sweet & Sour Chicken from the blog My Kitchen Cafe. It was more work then I normally like to spend on dinner. But, oh my, it was so worth it. I did make the extra sauce as she suggested and used it for the egg rolls. No, I did not make the egg rolls. I bought frozen ones. :)

I made this last Sunday, it was a HUGE hit with the family!!! It was a lot of work though huh?
